The EPA Great Lakes National Program Office has issued a notice of funding opportunity to support the Great Lakes Biology Monitoring Program. Under this opportunity, EPA is requesting applications for a project to complete sample collection and analyses for the 2027-2031 field years in support of the phytoplankton and chlorophyll-a components of the GLBMP.

Up to $3.6 million may be awarded for one cooperative agreement over an approximate 6-year period. The Great Lakes Biology Monitoring Program is funded by the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative.
